What should I expect in our first session?

We will meet for 45 minutes. The first session is usually different from later sessions. I will ask about what brings you to therapy and how you have been dealing with your difficulties.  We will use the time to get to know one another and to see if we are a good fit. 

Do you accept insurance?

I accept HSA and FSA accounts. I am not an in-network insurance provider. However, many insurance companies offer some reimbursement out of network psychotherapy. I recommend calling your insurance company and asking some of these questions to determine your out of network benefits:

• Do I have mental health coverage?

• What is my out of network deductible? Has it been met?

• How much does my plan reimburse for an out of network provider for CPT code 90834?

• How do I submit for out of network reimbursement?

I will provide you with a superbill that contains all necessary documentation to process your claim.

How do I find your office?

My office is located at 621 N Main St in Grapevine, a single story green building at the corner of Main Street and Wildwood Court. There are spots in the parking lot for clients as well as ample street parking located on Wildwood Court. Once you come into the building, you may have a seat in one of the designated waiting areas and I will come out to greet you at our session time.
