Welcome. I am a licensed clinical social worker in private practice.

I believe that therapy can be a conduit for healing that is safe but also challenging.  I work together with clients to create a supportive environment to discover aspects of oneself, repair relationships, and develop strategies to change harmful patterns.  I enjoy working with clients who are curious about themselves and willing to work collaboratively to examine areas of their life in which they would like to invite healing.

I predominately utilize a psychodynamic perspective in therapy where I work with current concerns and difficulties through exploring past experiences, influences and relationships.  I also integrate cognitive behavioral, relational, and family systems interventions when appropriate to enhance work with clients.  I work to meet clients where they are, and tailor treatment to unique needs.

I work with clients who are struggling with but not limited to: depression, anxiety, addiction, and difficulties in relationships. I enjoy working with clients who are religious and/or spiritual and integrating spirituality into treatment.  My practice is multi-culturally competent and affirming. It is also LGBTQ friendly.
