We have all envisioned some version of our ideal selves. How we strive to treat those we love, some habit or addiction we would like to eradicate, or how we hope to someday feel about ourselves. Often hurt from our past can affect our lives so that we act out of areas of brokenness rather than healing. The dissonance between where we are now and who we aspire to be can lead to frustration, depression, anxiety and despair.

Relationships are often a source of hurt but they are also the primary context in which healing occurs. Through a supportive therapeutic relationship, I will work collaboratively with you to explore past experiences and relationships to work toward healing and restoration.
